 Secure payment

Your purchases can only be paid for using a bank card. All purchases on mellowyellow.fr are protected and secure. The details of your bank card are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and disappear automatically after payment. That is why they are requested for each new transaction on the website. You can shop on the Mellow Yellow website with complete confidence. When you click on your choice of bank card, you will be redirected to the secure payment website B2BILL. TYPHOON hosts the Mellow Yellow platform and is also responsible for its security and integrity. Its IT security experts are available 24/7 and monitor installations continuously.

 Easy and free Returns

Mellow Yellow believes that a customer who wants to return a product should be able to do so simply. That's why you can return any item within 14 days following receipt of your order. Everything is taken care of and all you have to do is send a return request via "My Account" then "My Returns" and I immediately receive an email with a link to create my return label.

Then you enclose your invoice in your parcel and attach the prepaid label. Lastly, don't forget write your order number and return number on the parcel. When we have received your parcel and checked your product(s) in our warehouse, we will then issue a refund. This will be credited to your account within 15 days and you will receive a confirmation email.

 

 Shipping times and costs

The processing of your order will begin as soon as your payment is confirmed and it will be shipped within 24 and 48 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays or busy periods, such as sales or private sales). La Poste is then responsible for delivering your parcel to the address chosen during the purchase process within 48 hours. For delivery by Chronopost, all orders placed between Monday morning and Friday 3 pm will be delivered on the following day to the address of your choice. For all orders placed between Friday 3 pm and Monday morning, parcels will be delivered before 1 pm on the following Tuesday.

 Order tracking

You can see your purchasing history in "My Orders" in the "My Account" tab. Then you can track your order at any time using the Colissimo, Mondial Relay or Chronopost tracking tool. You can check the status of your order for 30 days after dispatch.
